Safeguards the Truth, Champions the Youth

 

The focus of the publication will be on safeguarding the truth 

and championing the youth of the University of the Philippines Baguio. By bridging the gap between the studentry and the social reality, the publication will cover all pertinent local and national issues, specifically:

 

Student-centered Issues

Concerns and news that both directly and indirectly impact the target audience will be covered under this topic. The resumption of face-to-face classes, shrinking democratic and learning spaces, concerns on administration policies, as well as subject matters that appeal to the youth will be included here.

 

National Issues

Issues that concern the community such as gas inflation and consequently increased transportation fares. 

 

Human Rights

Under this topic the publication will write about matters with far more serious implications that go beyond classroom doors. ROTC, red-tagging concerns, police brutality, and the plight of the LGBTQIA+ community will be discussed under this bullet.
